Secondly, my NDA agreement with Apple is quite frankly none of your business :) Regardless of feelings about the NDA I would urge people NOT to violate it, but it is not your responsibility to be Apple’s watchdog over me in this matter. Save your public outrage for something worthwhile, such as the lack of regulation and abuse in the US credit-provider market.
